Observation

Child has an Individual Health Care Plan that says Benadryl/Generic Benadryl but there is no Benadryl present the child had Claritin. The child did not have medication authorization forms completely filled out reflective of Benadryl/Generic Bendryl and Epipen and signed by the doctor. Ensure that wipes are not in bins in restroom easily accessible to children.
